Goodbye House Plant

 The obligatory gratitude to the house plant was part of the ritual.  Of course, a photo op is also required with the house plant as we set off from Standley Cabin. 

If we were to do it again, just up the trail a 100 meters or so, near the fork, that may be a less buggy camp site than some of the places right in the meadow.
