It had been six and a half years since we left Jordan, and today we were finally reunited with our best friends from Jordan. Brent and Cheryl Fullerton and their two kids) arrived from their new school in Balikpapan, Indonesia (on Borneo)and Tracy got to spend the day with them as part of the EARCOS teacher's conference. Erik & Stacey Johnsen arrived from Taipei with their two daughters and made their way to our house via taxi.

It was so heart-warming and encouraging to see how quickly our kids became friends and how much fun they had together. It was great to catch up, hear a few adventures, and realize how quickly and easily our friendships could pick up from the great community we had in Amman.

Wow--Stacey looks a lot like Tracy in these photos; maybe even like sisters! Cheryl doesn't even look like she ever had kids! I bet they are still athletic aren't they? Glad you had a great time.
