A dream of a lifetime - to visit the Louvre! We couldn't believe we really were in the world's most famous art museum. The Venus de Milo, the Mona Lisa, incredible sculptures we had seen only in history books.
It was definitely a full day. The kids did great. By the end, when we made it to the Reformation paintings, it was a bit of a trade off in a quieter part of the museum. Mom or Dad would go and see some things, while the rest of the kids would sit in a room, reading or waiting.
What a memorable day - and a good rainy day to be inside.
