Moving

Wow. We could not believe how much STUFF we had to move when we arrived in Indianapolis. Seeing as we had not seen any of it in the past four years, it was clearly very important for see our things as quickly as we could! Ha! We always knew that we would have more than we thought and to be safe, we did get the biggest UHaul that we could get.

We went with a new UHaul feature that links with local moving companies and that sure saved a lot of headache and effort as the respective movers met us to load (in Indianapolis) and unload (in Toledo) all of our things. That was a big help!

We ended up with one of the hottest days on record (for June 8) to move, but it still seemed comfortable compared to Malaysia (and we were not doing the hardest work!). Lisa and Travis had taken great care of our things for the past 4 years and they had moved all of the things into their sunroom, making it an easy move. We were also pleasantly surprised at what great shape everything was in!
