Of course, the great thing about summer is having time with family. Many thanks to Jason's generosity, our last week in Toledo, Jason took us out to lunch. It was fun to catch up on an adult level and hear stories that can't be captured in the chaos of kids. The next night we had the chance to eat delicious kabobs, courtesy of the Quockerts. And the kids had a blast jumping on the little trampoline and playing games.
How wonderful to see cousins reconnect so easily and so gracefully after time apart. We sure do wish that we don't have to wait another year for such great interactions. In the meantime, we are sure comforted by the powers of technology and the wonderful blessing called Skype!
