Livia and Anne Frank

 The connection between the two is that we met Livia (yea - how wonderful!) for a trip through the Anne Frank house, which is incredibly memorable and powerful.  Doug had been before; it was quite the experience for all of us - and the audio guided tour is really well-paced and so impactful. 

So grateful to Livia and her parents for such kindness and generosity - what a great experience, even as Livia was still wrapping up her finals at ASH.
