It was a highlight to get to begin the process of becoming an Adaptive Schools Trainer. With the opportunity to observe Jane Ellison's masterful approach to the weekend, it was pretty cool to be interacting with such powerful educational ideas. The 7 Norms of Collaboration activity had some clever interpretations. . .with "Norm" from Cheers.
