Egg Drop

Rania and Maryam (her partner) did a truly amazing job with their Grade 8 engineering job, the egg drop.   They set a new record (matched that same day) by surviving the first, second and third floors before finally getting a crack from the fourth floor.

So proud of Rania and such great design work.

JV Success

While the varsity boys were having great success at SAS, the JV Girls were absolutely dominant!  They played so well and dominated against the SAS sophomore team - as well as the UWC and other competitors.  The team played amazingly  - so proud of Gabi and the team!

SAS Final Day

On the final day of the tournament, before heading back through a long immigration line, the team had a super weekend.  So great to get to have them work together and jell as a team.

SAS Invitational

The ISKL team (minus two juniors taking the SAT) went to Singapore and had a very successful weekend tournament, dominating the host Eagles and coming away with some good victories.  A final game against an elite club team came down to a bad call and an undeserved overtime where ISKL ended up losing by a hair.

Thanksgiving

One great tradition is getting to enjoy Thanksgiving, which ISKL's middle school has traditionally hosted.  Sure seems a long way from the Grade 7 Deck, the Graveyard deck at the Ampang Campus - to now being in MPR2/3 at ISKL.  Sure was delicious!  And fun for Yassmin to get to join Gabi for the celebration.

Beautiful Skies

Gold Class

It was fun to get to go to the Pavilion and enjoy a movie in Gold Class.  Pretty great setting to enjoy a film.
