End of Movembeard

I guess that is what the end of November means.  As we get to the end of the month, Doug gets to shave his decidedly-grayer beard. 

In the Office

A typical school day, joining Anka for some big discussion about something.  Tracy from HS, Doug from MS convening in the MS Office.  Oh yea, it is Movembeard.  Right?

Putting up the Christmas Tree

With Thanksgiving past and Christmas rapidly approaching, it was time in the Woodward house for putting up the Christmas tree.  Always so fun to pull out the ornaments and remember the great memories from wherever they came from. 

ISKL Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving this year moved into the indoor canteen.  It was much cooler and a bit easier for the logistics.  There was still some hide-and-go-seek, as well as some basketball played.  For the younger kids (can you believe we've outgrown that), it was Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, of course.  Delicious food is certainly something that does not change.

Pavilion Christmas Decorations

Of course, after church, we continue our tradition of heading to the Pavilion for some food. . .and it is time to show the annual Christmas decorations from the Pavilion.  An up-end mall, they certainly have some great decorations each year.

Alice in Wonderland

A bit sad that Gabi chose not to be a part of this year's MS Musical - Alice in Wonderland.  The junior version was a huge hit and lots of fun.  What absolutely stunning costumes.  Plus some great singing and lots of talent on stage.  It was a delightful performance.

Bella and New Zealand Celebrations

Doug took Gabi and Rania for the chance to celebrate some New Zealand folklore.  Bella got to sing a song on stage before a very, very famous New Zealand singer (who I do not recall) performed.  Good fun and great atmosphere.

This Week At . . .

Another weekly Wednesday picture, compliments of Ariana's mom!  Sure looks like there is lots of eating that takes place during these Wednesday afternoons!

U-11 Basketball!

It was game day and so that meant a fun chance to watch Rania and the U-11 basketball team.  Of course, there was a lot of laughter and a lot off fun (and even some basketball that took place!)

Reeve's GAP trip to Borneo

What a great experience to get to go on his first Global Action Program Trip - the GAP trip.  This year was some diving in Borneo, as well as some manual labor with building a road.  There were lots of fun stories, great laughs, team building and a sense of accomplishment. 

This week at Girl Scouts

It looks like some drama games might be taking place?  In any event, good times with friends. .  . and pictures of our kids during a normal school week.  We'll take it!

Soccer Match

It is always a busy sports season with sporting events.  Rania had the chance to drop over to Ampang and watch a bit of Gabi's soccer match.
