Thanks to tour guide extraordinaire, Susan, we had an incredible tour of many of the best places in Yangon. We had a van arranged so we could all fit, and we saw a lot of the key sites, including some good shopping spots. The traffic was certainly not fun, but we did pretty well at seeing a lot of the sites.
The big floating barge of Karaweik Hall is now a fancy restaurant. but the park was sure a lot of fun, so we enjoyed seeing some of the sites.
Including another shot at a family picture. This might be the winner?
As well as some fun in some cooler weather, enjoying the sights along the boardwalk.
We stopped at several shops to see some of the lacquer ware and other handicrafts that are famous in Myanmar.
We stopped for a nice drink in the tallest building in Yangon - with a beautiful views all around from the restaurant on the top floor.
