Tasha and I made a trip through Newberg, which I hardly recognized. It was quite interesting seeing our old neighborhood and we were surprised to see a number of familiar items in our old house, including what looked to be the exact same rusted basketball hoop that I had spent many, many, many hours dreaming of Larry Bird like greatness in the NBA. Alas, the hoop lasted much longer Doug's dreams, despite hours of being sure that Sitka's reverse pivot or a baseline hook shot would be the key to success.
