After a nice start, we hit some rough seas for a couple of hours before getting into a more sheltered area. Tomorrow (our final day), we will be diving at Richelieu Rock, which is an outcropping in the middle of the sea that just barely (depending on the tide) gets above the sea level - so there isn't much shelter.
The sea sickness medicine sure helped, and I couldn't go to bed until we were in the shelter of an island and there wasn't so much significant rocking. Getting sea legs sure is a bit more challenging than I thought, especially when it is even a just a little bit rough.
