For our last evening in Rome, a few of us (Nancy, Tracy, Doug) went into the city to visit one of the few museums which Doug's mom had not yet visited. Some absolutely incredible mosaics and an incredible sight. Just to think of the history, craftsmanship, contributions to the arts, including a recreated Roman Villa. Located at Palazzo Massimo alle Terme, it is quite a museum. . .even if Tracy wasn't sure why we needed to take pictures of so many things!
