Who is the scary person who showed up in the middle school hallways during our Halloween Dress up day on a Friday. One of the great mysteries of Kuala Lumpur is who gets to decide when Halloween is. It (thankfully) revolves around weekends and sugar consumption rather than a specific calendar date.
