Batu Ferringhi

The place where we stayed was certainly an oasis and great place to have as our base.  Here is our review for the highly recommended place where we stayed (as long as you don't steal it from us when we try to go back!)

We ate most of our meals out; Penang is famous for its food and we enjoyed the stalls along the beach that had some really delicious food. 

And night swims!  Those don't happen so often anymore now that Grandpa and Grandma are not so close by.
