In our attempts to plan ahead, we bought pre-paid tickets for the Eiffel Tower for the day we arrived (the only time they were available). We could have stayed in a cold line to get tickets, but it was nice to have them ready. We made our way from the airport to grandpa and grandma's place, who then helped us to get to our apartment for the week, and then to the Eiffel Tower. Wow! The Eiffel Tower! In Paris! Wow! It was cold, but what an amazing sight.
