It was a glorious day to start our 4 day break to celebrate Chinese New Year. Clear blue skies, hot (but not overly humid), and very little traffic. Because of being a large urban area situated in a valley, there is often a fair amount of haze that sits in the city. We're quite thankful that it is nothing like most major cities -- Jakarta, Shanghai, Beijing, LA -- but it is quite refreshing to see the blue skies. A nice wind and being close to water made the day even more enjoyable. 
In the morning, the kids borrowed our neighbors' little pool and had fun playing in the water in our front yard. After naps, we went down to the grandparents pad and had a refreshing and fun swim and some "grandpa friend chicken."Reeve quite enjoyed himself with Auntie Nani's water gun, as you can tell! His sisters and his parents (who tried to stay dry) were frequent targets.

Happy new year of the rat! Our office is infested with mice so we have less than happy feelings about the rodent.
We also had the historic occasion of hosting an united-statian on the morning the super-bowl was being played in far-off AZ. He was a lovely 2nd gen kor-am who grew up as a PK in NY - who is doing a church plant among gujaratis in London (UK not Indiana)- I made the mistake of asking which team he prefered - the gentle man he was he just smiled (he was a happy man later in the day).
You have such a photogenic brood! Would really love to link up with all of you in the flesh. Any chances of an educational tour of India?
Would also love to wean you off KL and over to Mussoorie. Ah well...
