On The Road

 What a treat to be invited to Lynn and Don's Lake house in Minnesota.  It is a long drive - and good we can make it just north of Minneapolis in a day.  

 We're off in the morning, a rarity of the whole family together!

 

Fallen Timbers Golf

 Ethan has a junior membership at Fallen Timbers, and fun to go with Reeve and Ethan for a round of golf in the evening.  Basically, we can get as much golf in as we can before dark - and pretty fun to have most of the course to ourselves on a spectacular June evening. 

Also, good to be playing with better golfers (which is not a high bar). 

 

Fresh Berries

 Always a highlight to have so many fresh fruit options - with it being berry season, a delightful morning snack. 

 

With Grandpa Barrie

 

Nice to stop over and spend some time with Grandpa Barrie, hear the latest updates, and the challenges of the arythmia and irregular heartbeat monitoring system. 

Toledo Art Museum

 It is always spectacular to visit the Toledo Art Museum.  Truly, an impressive collection and always a delight to be surrounded by world-class art through the centuries. 

The collection of Cloister Gallery of Medieval Art is always so spectacular.  

 

Quarry

 Laura, Gabi and Rania went to the Quarry - a fun day in the sun.  Delightful!

 
 

Library Visit

 Always a highlight to visit the Maumee branch of the Lucas County Library system.  Such a great place - and with the weather looking good, it was wonderful to get to enjoy some of the quiet outside reading a book next to the fountain.  Lovely. 

 

The New Look

 Wow!  So impressive to see what Scot and Carrie have done to their living room (and TV room).  Moving the TV into the smaller room, making it more intimate, and a really spectacular place to sit and chat in front of the newly redone fireplace.  

 

Baseball

 

Fun to get to see Ethan playing in a baseball game.  Great place for a Thursday evening, and quite a strong team.
