Sick

 Indeed, Doug is confirmed as having covid.  Certainly not feeling very well - and really can't find a better time to get covid for the first time than from hanging out during the summer with nothing planned.  

Grateful for Tracy delivering food - while trying to stay far away.  Also grateful, as we were able to push back the visit to Denison by a week.

Sisters

Nice time at sunset on grandpa's porch.  Good to hang out with Barrie at his place for the evening (though Doug stayed home due to not feeling great.)

Patricia Visits

 Wonderful to see Patricia Podorsek, if only briefly, as she was visiting a family member in Perrysburg. 

She was also able to catch Gabi just before heading to work at PF Changs.

As Doug wasn't feeling too great, he stayed away (good thing, as he later tested positive for Covid). Smart, with Patricia heading back to Santiago soon.

Family Gathering

 We had some of the family over for dinner - fun to connect and enjoy laughter and good food, with chili and chips part of the simple meal plan.

Morning Blues

 Not feeling super great in the morning - so leave it to my wonderful daughter to capture some really terrible pictures.  

(It would later turn into Covid, though wasn't so bad at this point.) Yuck. 

Rugby

 Reeve got to go see a Rugby match in Auckland.  Wow, talk about living in the culture. 

Mean Girls

 At the Maumee Theater they had a high school community drama production of Mean Girls which was a fun evening of the arts.  We ran into Bryson, who was also there.
