Monkey Business

Just to prove that our lives are not boring and monotonous - that there is some drama when we got to school and back - we had a monkey on top of our roof.

Duh, we live on the edge of the jungle and the monkeys are pests that get in our garbage.  Yuck.

Sleepover

It was great to have some new friends over for a sleepover.  With friends moving from Cairo in the same grades as Gabi and Reeve, it is great to have more friends!  You can tell they have many of the same interests!

First Day of School.

Here is what the kids have to say (at least those that participate) in the their own words. If you keep playing, you get to the third one that shows, well, a bit more of the personality of a certain 7 year old.

Nancy's Retirement Party

From all accounts, it was a highly successful retirement party. Daniel, Eli and Micah did their best to get grandma to the party on time, even avoiding offers of stopping for ice cream.

We did our part, despite not being able to attend, by helping with mom's retirement book.

The Day Aunt Carrie's Car Came to Visit

It was sad that it wasn't Aunt Carrie, but we were excited when her car came to visit.
