Wrapping up Malaysia Week

 It was another fabulous Malaysia Week at Gunung Kutu.  We got to raft the river at KKB with Mr. Pi, who led the Ulu Perak trip for so long.  It was pretty amazing!  The river rafting there always seems a fair bit better than we have to go to Sungai Slim and have a lot of lower water. 

 

 

Easter Sunday in South Bend

 Rania had a great end to her weekend with her sister, with more chances to be together and spend more time with Gabi and some of Gabi's friends.

 So fun that Rania had a chance over the weekend to go and visit Gabi on campus before the school year ends. It was a pretty fun start to the weekend. 

 

 

ISKL's 60th!

 It was quite the packed event for ISKL's 60th celebration - and a lot of fun to get to have so many people there.  The decorations and the food were certainly highlights - and there were also some fun connections across generations of ISKL alumni.

ND Half-Marathon

 Gabi's friend, Chaney ran the half marathon at Notre Dame - and Gabi was there to cheer - a beautiful spring day in South Bend!

Sunway Lagoon

 The Grade 8 trip to Sunway Lagoon is always a highlight of the calendar.  I got to go with the Grade 8 students as they collected data on motion and forces - and had a lot of fun as well!

 Wow!  Always amazing to be face-to-face with astonishing art pieces from history.

 Fun new conversation topic from my new green shirt.  I get a lot of compliments on the shirt - though the follow-up question is always, "Are you saying that because you actually like it - or because it is so noticeable?" Then the answers become a bit more varied!
