Watching some baseball and getting to see the Quinn kids playing - always a fun chance to catch up. . .and also cheer for the success of the team.

Go Bryson, Kaiden, Ethan!
On the drive home, there was quite a double rainbow while making the way across the farmland of Indiana.
Gabi enjoyed the book section of the shop (mostly) while there was great conversation and catching up.
Well, it isn't quite being in Paris (from our blog), nor is it the same as when Reeve and Doug visited pre-covid, but with Notre Dame opening tours (at least outdoor ones) to prospective students, Gabi and Tracy were there for the first tour.
Michael was even able to join our dinner event - though late due to the busy work of a journalist. So great to see some of his work and experience in broadcasting.
It is the Suns v Clippers in the NBA playoffs, and Grandpa has been super generous in letting Gabi and Doug spend time watching some NBA action.
We certainly appreciate the kindness - and the opportunity to watch some exciting basketball. . . even if the Suns couldn't pull out this game.
A wonderful summer evening. Back in Ohio after our east coast trip. A delightful time to enjoy some ice cream. Yes, to all. So it was off to Freeze Daddy's for an evening treat.
With the island being such a beautiful place, we did make our way across to the American side, which is also so impressive.
Wow. Simply Wow.
Some of the (many) pictures that we took looking over to the Canadian side of the falls. Interestingly enough, Tracy and Doug had both been there as kids - though never to the Canadian side. With covid and border travel, it certainly won't be today.
Beautiful sights on a beautiful day.
