New iPhone & A Fortuitous Encounter

Mom went to get a new iPhone - a well deserved upgrade after so many years.  As we were leaving we were fortuitous enough to connect with Jamie Reiser.  What a coincidence.

We so appreciated the generosity, getting to sing some hymns and songs as part of a wonderful ministry.

An Oregon Christmas

Thanks to mom, we even had some presents to enjoy together.

Oregon Christmas Dinner

Arrival!

How great to get to be in Oregon - and to see dad.  What a true blessing to get to arrive in Newberg after getting on the airplane.  Tracy and the kids headed to Ohio while Doug went to Oregon.  

 We got to eat some Chinese food - a nice chance to go out.  It would turn out to be the last meal out at a restaurant for dad.

Christmas Morning

Pavilion's Decorations are always a highlight during the Christmas season.  Certainly, a lot of lights! And a lot of people!

Always a treat to get to the candlelight service at HTBB.  A delightful evening.

Gabi enjoyed a nice Friday evening with her friends. Fun times.

Sunway

Rania and the rest of the Grade 8 spend the day at Sunway Lagoon with a day of learning and fun.  The focus on physics, motion and forces was the morning - and the afternoon had more time focused on the fun of the water park.

Doug at the Concert

As part of the concert, Doug got to thank the performers and close out the concert.  What a great event!
