We took Auntie Tasha downtown as part of the final chance for her to be in town.  Good to et to see her - definite award for the most visits to KL of anyone we know. . .at least among family.  What a big treat to get to spend part of this week with her! 

Stats Sports League - Postgame Interview

Reeve and the basketball team are preparing for the basketball season by being a part of a men's league - the Stats Sports League - and playing some tougher competition. Unfortunately, they were not victorious, but Reeve was ISKL's player of the game, earning the post-game interview, which is broadcast live - and part of the YouTube Channel for the League. 

Working

Enjoying some work at our new dining room table.  This is the nature of some weekend time near the start of the year.  Perhaps not the best picture - and good to show the typical life during the week - in the rare instances when we get some pictures of daily life. 

The Swimming Pool

What fun to have a swimming pool as part of our new condo location - and the girls got a chance to enjoy some time in the pool (complete with the chance to take some pictures of the event, of course).  Good fun enjoying swimming year round. 

Chicken Rice

Fun to take Auntie Tasha for some chicken rice near our house.  One person looks a bit more excited about the picture than another!

Reeve Soccer

Reeve is having a good season, as it continues to progress.  Good to watch some of the Saturday games as the team is playing some local competition.

Rania Soccer

Fun to get to cheer on Rania and the U13 soccer team.  She is playing some defense, perhaps following in her brother's football footsteps.    Having a great time with friends!

Library Stop

Great to see the library getting closer and closer to being a more permanent space (is there every such a thing?) A nice chance for Tracy to get a picture with our fabulous library staff.

Auntie Tasha!

Fun to have Auntie Tasha stopping by as part of a stop on her missions trip through Taiwan, Indonesia - with a stop in KL to be the first to stay in our new. . .still being moved into. . .space. 

Also a good excuse to get out the portrait lens on the new camera and see if we can catch some shots of this moment in time. 

Around Campus

Some little sights to enjoy some of the special and fun spaces on campus - continuing to grow and seem newer and newer with some of the new spaces. 

Varsity Soccer

It has been fun to get to watch Reeve as part of the Varsity Soccer Team.  Fun to get to enjoy some of his games and see the team developing and coming together.  Definitely a very experienced team with a lot of talent on the back end. 

First Glimpse of Our New Home

The moving process is always stressful - and a fun glimpse through the girls' eyes to see our new home as we are busy moving in.  Huge thanks to Juvy for all of the packing and preparation to make the move as smooth as possible - as we want to have beds to sleep in during the move-in day!

Home Sweet Home

Good to capture our wonderful house in the final days before the move.  Hopefully, this gives a good idea of where home has been for the last six years.  Such beautiful spaces - and so much gratitude to the DeHarts for their kindness in letting us have a new home.  While we will desperately miss the place, I doubt we will miss the drive on Ulu Klang to Taman Sri Ukay. 

Including a rating of how excited (fist of 5) for moving to our new place. 

Clever!

Always impressed with Gabi's eye for photos.  This one is especially impressive as she captures two little windows into the life of the Woodwards - one a bit more posed than the other. 

Celebration

With September, good to get a chance to catch our breath with the busy start of school - and have a bit of a celebration enjoying some time together with family. 

And some yummy cupcakes make things nice, as well. 

Chocolate, the dog

We have certainly enjoyed the neighborhood - and not sure what will happen with the transition to our new home - especially with chocolate not having the yard and quite as much space to enjoy.

Great to see some of the progress around school - with the gym coming together, the floor looking great and the walls starting to have the padding and some of the great support.

Nice to see the view from across the street, through the park as the sun sets. Good image of the tropics.

The view from school is truly spectacular.  Cannot imagine the skylines and architectural work that showcases the view from the 4th floor. Beautiful!

2000th Blog Post - Spanish Assignment

Given the long delays in updating the blog - as well as the lack of viewers (thanks, mom!), and the antiquated media (blogs), here is now the 2000th blog post of the Woodward Adventures.  Not sure it merits too much excitement - especially for a youngest born who loves all the publicity (even if no one ever sees it) - and a glimpse at the Spanish poster showing the emotions in Spanish class.  Fun!

A Look At Me

Not really sure the value of such a post - and interesting to see the snapshot into the daily life - the ID cards used for access around campus. Nice to have some of the new systems - like our cashless checkout for meals - coming online.
